Hand Dyed Bunny Hug
This was a sweater that my mom was working on but it was too small for her so she gifted it to me to assemble and finish. This was Blue Sky Alpacas Hooded Pullover pattern to start and with a page of errata for a one page pattern I set the pattern aside. I sculpted the neck and back of hood with SSK and K2TOG on either side of the two center sts. I then finished the hood off with a few rows of garter stitch, decreasing on either side of the center v to eliminate bulk. I also didn't like the way the sweater was rolling on the bottom so I added a few more rows of garter stitch to weigh it down. Made with Fleece Artist hand dyed yarn Blue Face Leicester Aran 100% wool. Fastest sweater yet as all I had to do was assemble and finish the hood! April 19, 2008 to April 26th, 2008.
