Whoa! When you get in the groove you've just got to roll with it! Even having my Mom visit this weekend didn't detract me from completing a couple sewing projects. Nice.
However, I only took pictures of one project. I think I'm calling this 'Summer Ain't Shown Up So I'm Going To Bring Myself' dress.
The flash washed out the colour a bit. I am thrilled even though I don't look it! Hard to take a picture of yourself! This is Hot Patterns Hot Cha-Cha-Cha Halter Dress. I've had this fabric for a couple years and just had to gather the wherewithall to pull out this pattern again. Hot Patterns are not for beginner sewers and they keep advanced sewers on their toes with their lack of technical editing. But they do some cute patterns. So, sometimes they catch me in a moment of weakness...
Since it's a halter dress I wear a sweater with it at work.
