It's a hot one!
The weather I mean, not the F.O.!
Roudabout Leaf Tank from Norah Gaughan's Knitting Nature. Made with Berroco Lullaby (87% DuPont Tactel Nylon/13% nylon blend). Knit up on a 5.5mm needle. The yarn I chose is completely wrong. Much too sproingy and puffy. This really needs a silk or linen blend. I also did not read the errata before I started and continued the leaf pattern around the top. The shoulders look a little long and I'm unsure if it's because they are or that the fabric is stretching a little more than usual as it's still a bit damp in this photo. I'd like to try this again in the right yarn. Started on June 16th, 2007 and completed July 10th, 2007.
ETA: I know it's fugly. It's okay! Tell me about it!
Now, what next!?
I think it takes a person with a special style to wear it!

damn, that's such a nice colour on you, though. Are you considering unraveling it and using the yarn for something else? I like the idea of the construction. Who knew that drape would be an important consideration?
